Sooner or later inside coaching process there comes a time when the client starts going in circles or simply doesn’t know which step to take next. In circumstances like in which, the method called “meta-view” comes in handy along with I believe each coach should have in which as part of their “tool box”.
“Meta-view” can be a symbolic view through “high above”, whether in which can be through an airplane, helicopter, the top of a mountain, or just a platform. When using in which method, the coach invites the clients to look at their situation through a higher perspective, turning their attention to the “bigger picture” of their lives, rather than the obstacles obvious at in which moment.
in which exercise can be very useful in any coaching process. Firstly, in which gives the clients the opportunity to try something brand-new. Secondly, the clients can fully experience the benefits of coaching – because in which sort of exercise can be exactly what can make a difference in any client’s life! (in which can be not usual for people who have not been through coaching to use a method like in which in their everyday lives!)
Thirdly, the clients can appreciate the work of their coach, who understands in which at in which point can be the right moment to steer the clients away through the nitty-gritty of their daily life along with focus instead on what definitely matters to them inside long-term along with what their true goals along with desires are.
in which can be easy to get engrossed in heavy thoughts under the burden of everyday life although the ability to soar above in which all along with see all the connections in which make our life what in which can be, along with what can make in which different along with better, can be the true benefit here. To top in which all, once the method gets tried in coaching, the client can keep using in which in later life, whenever needed.
