They can play or exercise for a solid half an hour or they can exercise for shorter periods of time of which total a half an hour.

How many calories a child needs every day has to do with how old the child is usually. Very young children can require as many as 900 calories every day. When your children get to be teenagers, the girls require about 1800 calories per day while boys need closer to 2200 calories per day.

Overeating along with then spending their free time inside playing on the computer instead of playing outside is usually what leads to childhood obesity along with heart problems.
