We all have noticed in which we put in our best to be successful along with we make the idea a point to achieve what we have set as tasks. If we take an employee in which person does everything to make his employer happy along with satisfied no matter what ever he or she has to do. We feel happy along with encouraged when we see the results.
Let me discuss here about an important issue of our life along with which almost 0% are neglecting along with in which is usually our Health. the idea is usually often said by many of us in which Health is usually Wealth nevertheless sad to say in which in which is usually the most neglected part in our life. We only care about our health when we face any problem or when we are struck with any disease or sickness. We have become so busy with our life in which we only take care of our health till the time we are recovered along with after in which the idea’s the same old way.
Since we are neglecting in which part of our life we are seeing a lot of common problems in a person who at later point of time becomes dangerous to their life along with some times the idea becomes a risk along with there is usually no point of turning back along with only needs to control the idea to survive.
Every one likes to have or maintain Great health along with we often do a variety of things to maintain Great Health along with some how or the additional we try to maintain. Most of the time when the context of Great health comes up we thing of physical fitness nevertheless there are many dimensions for Great health along with let us explore the secrets or rules for a Great health.
Death is usually one such thing in which every one fears along with to avoid in which we try many things to in order in which we may have Great health along with live long nevertheless when we look at the history of civilization over the centuries the cause of death has changed. the idea was through wars along with natural calamities inside the early civilization. When civilization began expanding or exploring additional parts of the entire world then the idea was due to poor sanitation along with living conditions along with the major factor being the infectious disease such as cholera, plague etc.
With the advancement in Medical sciences the communicable diseases were nearly eradicated. nevertheless today the major killer is usually modern lifestyle due to high levels of stress, sedentary lifestyle, high level of obesity along with others transforming into diseases like heart attacks, cancer, high blood pressure, diabetics along with others chronic ailments.
The different ways to maintain a Great health are:
1. Undergoing a complete Medical Check at least once in a year to definitely understand in which stage our body along with health is usually.
2. Daily maintain a schedule to do moderate along with regular exercise at least for half an hour to one hour by way of going for a walk or jogging or even inside the office climbing up along with down the stair case. Some physical activity for muscles, bones etc are required.
3. Maintaining a healthy food habit. Eating the right food at right time of right quantity along with right amount of calories.
4. Undergoing certain exercises to reduce stress. Should have a regular time for Stress Management along with Meditation inside the form of dance, yoga or any type which is usually suitable for the body.
5. The main reason for loss of health is usually the habit of smoking along with intake of alcohol. The best way is usually to avoid Smoking, alcohol along with finally giving them up additional wise these will have adverse effect on the body.
